How it works: Before contacting Consignee (Neptune Candy) the Consignor (you) will need to take each individual item desired for sale to a certified Jeweler for appraisal. Upon receiving documentation of appraisal you may contact Neptune Candy for further review and an negotiated offer. If terms of agreement are reached we will then send you a contract of agreement.

 

After both parties Consignee (Neptune Candy) and Consignor (You) sign the agreement the procurement process will begin. The Consignee will have 5 business days to prepare goods for shipment to the Consignor (Neptune Candy). Upon receiving goods for sale, the consignor will be notified of the receipt of goods. If goods are received in the agreed upon condition stated within the signed contract between the consignee and consignor, Neptune Candy will promptly begin the marketing process for sale of said item/s.
